Dr M. Surekha
Dr M. Surekha is an accomplished academician, researcher, and educational administrator with over 27 years of professional experience, including 24 years in teaching, research, and academic administration and three years of industry exposure. She holds a Ph.D., M.Tech. (IT), M.Phil. (Management), MBA (Finance & HR), and B.E. (Civil) and has held leadership positions including Professor, Dean, Head of Department, and academic administrator. Her areas of expertise include Management Education, Research, Academic Administration, Human Resource Management, Finance, Information Technology, and Quality Assurance. She is a recognized research guide for Bangalore University and has contributed to academic boards, accreditation processes, research projects, and institutional development. Her academic contributions include Scopus, Web of Science and IEEE-indexed publications, patents, books, research projects, and international and national conference presentations. With a strong focus on academic excellence, research, innovation, faculty development, and student growth, Dr. Surekha is committed to fostering a data-driven, research-oriented, and quality-conscious culture in higher education.
Mrs. Champa T is an experienced management educator and finance professional with 20 years of overall professional experience, including 17 years in MBA teaching and 3.8 years in banking. Her areas of specialization include Finance, Economics, Statistics, Investment Analysis, Corporate Valuation, Risk Management and Derivatives.
She holds an MBA in Finance, M.Com in Accounting and Taxation, and B.Com, and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. at PES University, with coursework and comprehensive viva voce completed.
She has contributed significantly to academic administration as IQAC Coordinator, Head of Admissions, NAAC Criteria Head, and coordinator for industry visits and outbound training programmes. She is also involved in examination-related academic responsibilities and institutional committees.
Her research interests encompass financial institutions, microfinance, profitability analysis, GST and contemporary management issues. She has presented and published research papers and actively participates in national and international conferences, workshops and Faculty Development Programmes.
Prior to her academic career, she served as a Senior Officer at HDFC Bank in Cash Management Services, Bengaluru, bringing valuable industry experience into her teaching and academic practice.
She is committed to learner-centred education, research, academic excellence and developing students’ analytical and higher-order thinking skills.
Rajashree Gurunayak
Rajashree Gurunayak is a highly accomplished academician. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree and is currently pursuing her Ph.D “To evaluate the financial performance of selected private commercial banks using the CAMEL model” Her academic journey reflects her continuous pursuit of knowledge and excellence in teaching and research
She has worked in several prestigious institutions in Bangalore, where she has successfully taught a wide range of subjects across B. Com, BBA, and MBA and M. Com programs. She is currently serving as an HOD and Associate Professor at Don Bosco Institute of Management Studies and Computer Applications, a NAAC-accredited institution. Rajashree has presented several research papers at both National and International conferences, she has published papers in well known journal like Scopus and ABDC, showcasing her deep knowledge and commitment to scholarly excellence.

She mentors 500+ students, coordinate academic activities, and support placement initiatives to bridge classroom learning with career outcomes. My focus: building communication, leadership, and career readiness skills. Committed to continuous learning and research, I contribute to academic development and institutional excellence.
She believes that “education becomes meaningful when knowledge is transformed into ability, confidence, and action.” Her teaching philosophy emphasizes active learning, student participation, practical application, and continuous improvement. Prof. Bharath S. B. is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Don Bosco Institute of Management Studies and Computer Applications (DBIMSCA), Bengaluru. He has over 12 years of teaching experience and 4 years of corporate experience, bringing a strong combination of academic knowledge and industry exposure to his teaching and professional responsibilities.
His areas of specialization are Human Resource Management and Marketing Management. He is presently pursuing his Ph.D. at MAHER (Meenakshi Academy of Higher Education and Research), Chennai, and has been registered as a research scholar since July 2023. He is currently in the advanced stage of his doctoral research and is yet to submit his Ph.D. thesis.
Prof. Bharath S. B. has actively contributed to research and academic publications, with several research papers published in Scopus-indexed and UGC-listed journals. His academic and professional contributions have been recognized through prestigious honours, including the Best Faculty Award and the Outstanding Achievement Award.
With extensive experience in teaching, research, academic administration, and student development, he is committed to promoting quality education and developing students’ academic, professional, and managerial competencies. His professional interests include Human Resource Management, Marketing, Employee Development, Organizational Behaviour, Talent Management, and Business Research.

Prof.Chandrashekar.H is currently working as a HOD UG in Padmashree Institute of Management and Sciences. He completed his M.Com from St. Joseph’s college e of commerce (Autonomous), Bangalore University in 2008. He completed his PGDBA from St. Joseph’s college e of commerce (Autonomous), Bangalore University in 2010.
He completed his MBA in the year 2012 Periyar University. He is served 14 years of experience as a faculty member. He is also attended various Faculty Development Programs Organized by Bangalore university.

Ms Triveni Shetty
Ms Triveni Shetty is a dedicated academician and management professional with a rich and diverse background spanning Corporate, Management Education, Finance, Marketing, and Sanskrit Studies. She brings together 8 years of corporate experience and 6.5 years of teaching experience, enabling her to provide students with a balanced blend of academic knowledge and practical industry insights. She holds an MBA in Finance, along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) in Marketing. Her multidisciplinary academic journey further includes a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Sanskrit and a Diploma in Prakrit, reflecting her strong interest in both management education and classical languages.
As an educator, she is passionate about student-centric learning, skill development, experiential education, and mentoring. She believes in creating an interactive learning environment where students are encouraged to think critically, communicate effectively, apply concepts practically, and develop the confidence required to meet the expectations of the corporate world.
