Sports Facilities

Don Bosco Institution provides comprehensive sports and recreational facilities to promote physical fitness, discipline, teamwork, sportsmanship and the holistic development of students. The sports facilities include both indoor and outdoor activities and are managed and coordinated by the Physical Education Director, who oversees the effective utilization and scheduling of the facilities.

The institution has well-maintained outdoor sports facilities for badminton, cricket, volleyball and kho-kho, providing students with opportunities to participate in both recreational and competitive sporting activities. The Activity Centre houses indoor sports facilities, including a synthetic table tennis court, chess and carrom, offering students a comfortable space for indoor recreation and leisure activities.

The institution also provides a multi-purpose gymnasium hall with a fully equipped gym to encourage students to maintain physical fitness and healthy lifestyles. Recreational facilities for games such as chess, carrom and football further enrich the campus sporting environment. Students are provided access to the sports and gym facilities through a planned schedule coordinated by the Physical Education Director, ensuring their effective and equitable utilization.

Through its diverse sports and fitness infrastructure, Don Bosco Institution fosters an active campus culture and encourages students to develop physical well-being, teamwork, leadership, discipline and a spirit of healthy competition as integral aspects of their overall development.
