Scholarship
Scholarships and Financial Assistance
The institution is committed to ensuring that financial constraints do not hinder students from pursuing their education. Students are regularly provided with awareness and timely information about various scholarship opportunities, including scholarships available through the State Scholarship Portal (SSP) and the National Scholarship Portal (NSP).
The institution extends necessary guidance and support to eligible students in understanding scholarship schemes, eligibility criteria, application procedures, documentation requirements, and submission timelines. Students are also assisted in resolving queries related to scholarship applications and completing the required institutional verification process.
In addition to government scholarship schemes, the institution offers need-based fee concessions to deserving students based on their financial circumstances, subject to institutional norms and approval. Special consideration is given to students from single-parent families and those facing genuine financial difficulties.
The institution also provides fee concessions to students who have completed their Pre-University Course (PUC) at the same institution, encouraging academic continuity and providing financial benefits to students continuing their higher education within the institution.
Furthermore, the institution encourages and supports sporting talent by offering sports scholarships to students who have represented the University, State, or Nation in recognised sports competitions, subject to the applicable eligibility criteria and institutional norms.
Through scholarship awareness, application assistance, need-based financial support, fee concessions, and sports scholarships, the institution strives to promote inclusive and equitable access to higher education, recognise student achievements, and support students in successfully continuing their academic journey.
