Refund and Cancellation Policy
Application fee: Once the transaction has been done successfully on https://dbimsca.edu.in/ website, no request for refund or cancellation will be entertained.
Admission Processing Fee: This is completely non-refundable
Program Course Fee: Any refund here will be done as per current AICTE/UGC/University refund norms only.
Hostel Fee: Once the transaction has been done successfully on https://dbimsca.edu.in/ website, no request for refund or cancellation will be entertained.
Transport Fee: Once the transaction has been done successfully on https://dbimsca.edu.in/ website, no request for refund or cancellation will be entertained.
“Fees once paid/remitted by the student, would not be refunded under any circumstance.”
Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right in our sole discretion to edit or delete any documents, information or other content appearing on the Site.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us and our partners, attorneys, staff and affiliates (collectively, “Affiliated Parties”) harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney’s fees, related to your violation of this Agreement or use of the Site.
